Karthikeyan Chandra

Professional Diploma in Legal Practice, University of the South Pacific, Fiji, 2017

Biography:

Karthik graduated in Law from the University of the South Pacific in 2016. He was involved with the United Nations, Office of the High Commissioner for Human Rights and took up various internship positions for a period of time before he completed his Professional Diploma in Legal Practice. Karthik was admitted to the Fiji Bar in 2017. He worked in Nadi before moving to Suva to join Munro Leys in October 2020.

Karthik works in the firm’s commercial group dealing with charitable trusts, commercial property transactions, company law, contract reviews & corporate advisory, due diligence, employment, energy, estates (planning/wills, grants and administration), exchange control and foreign investment.

Karthik has served as the secretary of the Y’s Service Club of Suva, is a life member of the Then India Sanmarga Ikya (TISI) Sangam Fiji organisation, serves as the Secretary for the Ekta Hindu Samaj and is part of the Retailers and Small Business Council under the Fiji Commerce and Employers Federation (FCEF).
