Janice gained her Bachelor of Commerce and Bachelor of Law degree from the University of the South Pacific in 2013 and completed her Professional Diploma in Legal Practice in the same year. She was admitted to the Fiji Bar in 2014 and joined Munro Leys in April 2014. Janice works in the banking and finance and property groups of the firm.
