We conduct regional work in Tonga, Solomon Islands, Vanuatu, Kiribati, Samoa and Tuvalu. The only countries that do not require prior UK registration are Tonga and Samoa.

Independently registered trade marks are valid for 10 years in Tonga and 14 years in Samoa.

An applicant whose ordinary residence or principal place of business is outside Tonga must use an agent resident in Tonga.

In all regional countries, evidence of registration in other jurisdiction can be submitted to support the application.

The time frame for registration varies for each country and factors such as personnel, funds and availibility of other resources have a great impact on the registration process.
