Glenis joined Munro Leys in 2005, left after two years to practice law in Australia and returned to Munro Leys in 2009.

Glenis holds a first degree in Commerce and a Master's degree in Law from Bond University in Australia. She also holds a Graduate Diploma in Applied Finance and Investment from the Financial Services Institute of Australasia.

Glenis has worked for the Capital Markets Development Authority, Fiji's securities market regulator. She now works primarily in the Commercial Group on corporate compliance, intellectual property and capital markets issues.

Glenis is a graduate of the 2006 Leadership Fiji programme and is currently an International Trademarks Association (INTA) volunteer serving on the East Asia Pacific Legislation and Regulation Subcommittee.
