Feizal gained his Bachelor of Laws degree from the University of the South Pacific, Fiji in 1998. He also holds a Bachelor of Arts degree, majoring in Economics and Management, gained from the same university in 1995. Feizal was admitted to the High Court of Fiji in 1999.

He is a committed member of the Litigation Group, advising and appearing in court on a wide range of matters involving insurance, probate, employment, personal injury, sugar industry and personal property law.

Feizal is keen on rugby union and has played for the national Indo-Fijian rugby team at the Fiji International Sevens and other tournaments.
